This autumn, the pages of a spellbinding Halloween storybook have opened a new chapter at the Duong Noi campus of Hanoi Adelaide School. Primary-level HASians have embarked on a journey to explore culture, unleash their creativity, and connect with friends amidst a vibrant, festive atmosphere.

Under the theme “Once Upon a Halloween: The Next Chronicle,” our HASians joined forces with a friendly Halloween Pumpkin to unravel mysteries and pen their own unique stories through a series of engaging, hands-on activities.

Pumpkin Tales – Getting Creative with Pumpkins
In the pumpkin design and presentation contest, HASians let their imaginations run wild, transforming unique ideas into one-of-a-kind creations. More than just a creative outlet, this was an opportunity for students to hone their presentation skills and confidently share the stories behind their work.

Halloween Experience Stations – Conquering the Challenges
The journey of discovery continued with exciting challenges across various activity stations:
– Halloween Games: Immersing themselves in lively games, students created joyful and memorable moments with their friends.
– Creative Makers’ Lab – Design Your Monster: Unleashing their creativity to design unique “monsters” born from their own imaginations.
– Halloween Quest – The Mystery Mission: Utilizing critical thinking, keen observation, and teamwork to solve puzzles and gradually uncover Halloween secrets.
– Trick-or-Treat: Experiencing a quintessential Halloween tradition, spreading joy, and soaking up the bustling festive spirit together.

Through experiential activities and Halloween-themed stories, HASians had the opportunity to unleash their imaginations, explore cultural diversity, and learn to appreciate both shared values and individual differences. “Once Upon a Halloween: The Next Chronicle” offered a memorable journey, where every HASian was free to be creative and craft their own unique story at H.A.S.
