H.A.S Integrated Education System

The Hanoi Adelaide School Integrated Education System was officially established in 2018. Since then, it has steadily grown into a modern educational network with two campuses in Hanoi.

  • Campus 1 – Located at B17 Kim Lien, Luong Dinh Cua Street, Kim Lien Ward, this site houses H.A.S Primary and Secondary Schools (Grades 1–9). The campus promotes a holistic education model focused on the development of students’ personal competencies and character.
  • Campus 2 – Situated in Le Trong Tan – Geleximco Urban Area, Duong Noi Ward, this site hosts both the H.A.S Primary & Secondary School and the H.A.S High School. It is designed as a fully integrated, modern learning environment that blends the Vietnamese and international curricula.

H.A.S is among the pioneering schools in Vietnam to implement the Vietnam–Australia Dual Diploma Model at the high school level. Since 2020, the school has been officially approved by the Ministry of Education and Training to offer an integrated program that combines the Vietnamese General Education Curriculum with the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE). This initiative opens the door to global education and international opportunities for Vietnamese students.

Established in 2018 by the founding members of the HOCMAI Education System, GALILEO, and SACE College Vietnam, Hanoi Adelaide School (H.A.S) brings together the strengths of both the Vietnamese and international education programs. The school was built on a vision to create an integrated education platform that harmonizes the cultural essence and educational values of Vietnam with global standards.

The Board of Founders consists of visionary educators with deep expertise and extensive experience in the education sector:

  • Mr. Pham Giang Lam – Co-founder of HOCMAI and Hanoi Adelaide School, has over 20 years of experience in developing modern educational models in Vietnam.
  • Ms. Pham Thi Cuc Ha – Bachelor of Education (Russia), Master of Education (Australia), and Doctoral Candidate in Education (USA). She is the founder of SACE College Vietnam, responsible for bringing the Australian high school program to Vietnam. With over two decades of experience, she was honored by the Australian Embassy as one of the outstanding alumni in Innovation and recognized among the Top 50 most influential individuals in advancing Australia–Vietnam relations.
  • Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Lan – Master of Business Administration (USA), with more than 20 years of leadership in the business sector, focusing primarily on educational development.


Academic Council & School Leadership Team

The Academic Council is composed of internationally qualified experts with extensive experience in global education.

  • Dr. Nguyen Phu Hoang Lan, Academic Director – holds a Mathematics Diploma from Italy and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the USA. He is a consultant and instructor for mathematics programs broadcast on VTV7 – the national educational channel, a keynote trainer in teacher training workshops held by the Ministry of Education and Training, and a committee member and judge in international math competitions such as HOMC and IMSO. As Academic Director at HAS, he is dedicated to curriculum development and teacher training in mathematics.

The School Leadership Team comprises well-trained educators who graduated from prestigious institutions in Vietnam and abroad, and who possess a progressive educational mindset alongside strong leadership and administrative experience.

  • Ms. Hoang Thi Nhu Quynh – Deputy Academic Director & Vice Principal of the H.A.S Secondary School. She holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Northampton (United Kingdom); graduated with High Distinction in Chemistry Pedagogy, specializing in Teaching Chemistry in English, from Hanoi National University of Education; earned a Certificate in Educational Management from the University of Education – Vietnam National University, Hanoi; a Certificate in School Management and Leadership jointly awarded by the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) and Harvard Business School (HBS); and a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Hanoi University.
  • Ms. Duong Thi Trang – Principal of H.A.S Primary & Secondary School. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Science, specializing in the Theory and Methodology of Teaching Political Education. She graduated with highest academic distinction as valedictorian from Hanoi National University of Education. She has earned a Certificate in Educational Management from the University of Education – Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and a Certificate in School Management and Leadership jointly awarded by the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) and Harvard Business School (HBS). In 2018, she became the youngest teacher to receive the “Dedicated and Creative Hanoi Teacher” Award.
  • Ms. Pham Thu Trang – Vice Principal of H.A.S High School, Chair of the English Language Department. She holds a Master’s degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) – Teaching Methodology and English Language Theory – from the University of Sunderland (United Kingdom), and graduated with Distinction in English and International Economics from the University of Languages and International Studies – Vietnam National University, Hanoi. She has earned a Certificate in Educational Management from the University of Education – Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and a Certificate in School Management and Leadership jointly awarded by the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) and Harvard Business School (HBS).
