As part of a Halloween-themed learning project, 5th-grade students at the H.A.S Duong Noi campus enjoyed an exhilarating English lesson featuring an immersive game inspired by the hit title “Among Us”.
Taking on the roles of expedition team members, the students were divided into groups and navigated through various stations to decode “mystery missions” and conquer challenges—all in English. Each task offered an opportunity for the students to apply their vocabulary, language proficiency, and acquired knowledge to real-world scenarios, while collaborating with their teammates to solve engaging puzzles.
By blending learning with play, English becomes more accessible, helping students develop logical thinking, observational skills, linguistic reflexes, communication abilities, teamwork, and the confidence to use the language proactively.
At H.A.S, every learning project is a journey of discovery, where knowledge is bridged with practical experience. This encourages students to learn with curiosity, fosters a spirit of cooperation, and empowers them to apply what they have learned to their daily lives.
These “brain-teasing” yet laughter-filled moments experienced by our 5th-grade “astronauts” will surely become a cherished memory of the Halloween season at H.A.S—a truly happy school!
