In communication and relationships, a lack of collaboration and empathy skills can cause children to withdraw, hesitate to express their opinions, or struggle in group settings. When these experiences repeat over time, they can directly impact a child’s confidence.
Emotionally, without proper self-management skills, children are more likely to fear making mistakes, worry about being judged, and feel pressure when facing failure. Reports from UNICEF highlight that an increasing number of children are experiencing difficulties in managing emotions and academic pressure. This not only leads them to avoid challenges, but also gradually reduces their motivation to learn and their ability to adapt to new environments.
In the long term, these factors accumulate into a significant gap: children who lack essential skills may struggle to seize opportunities, adapt to change, and sustain their development in the future.
Grow Together with Your Child at H.A.S Summer Camp 2026

According to experts, skills cannot be developed through just a few short-term lessons. They require continuous practice through real-life experiences.
The ages of 5 to 18 are a critical period when children form habits, ways of thinking, and how they respond to the world around them. This is also when skill development happens most naturally and effectively. With the right guidance, children can build a strong foundation. Without it, catching up later becomes more difficult and time-consuming.
From this perspective, more and more parents are no longer just looking for programs that add knowledge, but for environments where their children can develop skills in a meaningful and practical way.
H.A.S Summer Camp 2026 – “Self-Reliance Camp” is designed with this vision in mind. It is an educational and experiential program for students aged 5 to 18, with content tailored to each age group to ensure development at the right stage.
Instead of traditional learning methods, students engage in activities such as debates, project-based learning, role-play, mind mapping, and real-world field trips. Learning is no longer a one-way transfer of knowledge, but a process of experiencing, experimenting, making mistakes, and drawing lessons.
Throughout the program, students take part in a wide range of activities: developing social-emotional skills and core values, practicing communicative English, working on technology and AI projects, building life skills, and participating in sports, arts, and cultural activities. Each experience is designed to help children build skills, form positive habits, and gain confidence.
With five different summer programs, students have the opportunity to explore themselves, gain real-world experience, and begin shaping their future paths early:
- Discover (Ages 5–7 | Day camp): A first summer journey—learning to understand oneself before learning to excel
- Explore (Ages 8–12 | Day camp): Upgrading thinking—from being a “good student” to becoming a learner who knows how to learn and solve problems
- Future Ready (Ages 8–12 | Boarding): A 2-week residential experience that not only enhances knowledge but also transforms habits and behavior
- Intensive IELTS (Ages 13–17): A focused 2-week program to improve scores through the right learning approach
- Startup Cafe (Ages 13–18): Learning business through real-world experience
In a constantly changing world, skills are no longer an advantage—they are a necessity. And sometimes, the difference in a child’s future does not come from learning more, but from learning the right way at the right time.
A single summer, if designed with depth and purpose, can be the starting point for that transformation.
