- Permanent Medical Team: The school’s medical department consists of qualified doctors and nurses, on duty from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday) and participates in daily learning and activities. - A scientific and transparent health monitoring system: Student health information is updated and managed on the HFE (Hanoi Adelaide School Family Engagement) application. Results of routine check-ups and medical treatments at school are compiled in an electronic health record. This allows parents to easily monitor their child’s health and collaborate with the school in their care.
- Regular health check-ups for students: Annually, students at Hanoi Adelaide School undergo two routine health check-ups per year, along with specialist examinations to detect early school-related issues such as vision impairment, scoliosis, and dental problems. - Prompt and Clear Medical Handling Procedures: In case of health incidents, students will receive care according to the professional procedures of the medical department. If necessary, students will be transferred to appropriate medical facilities such as Hanoi Medical University Hospital or Military Hospital 103. The school also assists with necessary procedures and closely coordinates with parents to ensure timely care and treatment.
- Health Insurance and Education: In addition to medical care, Hanoi Adelaide School also supports registration for health insurance and implements voluntary personal accident insurance to increase protection benefits for students.
