In the joyful and sunlit atmosphere of early August, Hanoi Adelaide School warmly welcomed HASians back after a summer full of meaningful experiences. Bright smiles, eager eyes, and warm embraces turned the school campus into a vibrant, energetic space — marking an enthusiastic and promising start to the new academic year.
A Warm and Thoughtful Beginning
From early morning, the School Leadership Team and teachers were present to greet students with warm hearts and a deep commitment to accompanying them on their learning and holistic development journey. The school environment was filled with a welcoming and inspiring spirit, creating a sense of comfort and belonging for every returning student.
In classrooms, students took part in friendly and engaging orientation activities: icebreaker games, self-introductions, sharing summer stories, exploring the “Emotional–Behavioral Handbook”, reviewing class and school expectations, and decorating their classrooms together. These early moments helped foster strong connections among teachers and students, and allowed the children to quickly re-engage with the rhythm of learning..
A Small Gift, A Big Gesture
A heartwarming highlight of the day was a meaningful gift thoughtfully prepared and given by the School Leadership Team. Each student received a set of cute and practical school supplies — not only a useful gift, but also a sincere wish for a joyful, creative, and successful school year ahead.
Delighted by the unexpected gifts, the students could not hide their excitement and expressed heartfelt thanks to their teachers — a gentle yet meaningful start to the new academic year.
School Year Theme: “Vietnam in My Heart – The World in My Mind”
As H.A.S. embarks on the 2025–2026 school year, we remain steadfast in our commitment to a humanistic, personalized, and globally integrated education philosophy. The theme of the year serves as a guiding compass for all teaching, learning, and experiential activities. Love for Vietnamese values will continue to be nurtured in the hearts of our HASians, blending harmoniously with a global mindset — empowering students to develop strong identities and the adaptability to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
