Nguyen Ngoc Lam – The journey to growth from Autonomy – Independence – Responsibility

14:04 - 03/10/2025

At Hanoi Adelaide School, education does not stop at teaching and learning knowledge, but more importantly, it is to form students’ capacity for Autonomy – Independence – Responsibility. And those are also the outstanding qualities that Nguyen Ngoc Lam – HASian demonstrates for that journey of development and maturity.

In studying, Ngoc Lam always shows a spirit of self-awareness and discipline in completing her tasks. Without needing reminders from teachers or family, she will complete all her assignments and achieve good quality. In addition to absorbing knowledge from teachers or books, she also actively exchanges and learns from friends to pursue her goals. Like Ngoc Lam’s mother shared about her daughter’s positive changes: “Her thinking and personality have also matured. She knows how to listen and understand her family and the people around her better.”

Lam also proactively seeks out opportunities for multi-field development by registering for many external competitions. The spirit of daring to challenge and striving to overcome her own limits has helped her turn the learning process into a journey of discovery. At the same time, she always maintains a balance by actively participating in community activities: from performing arts, events to supporting experiences – demonstrating responsibility to the collective and the spirit of sharing.

“I hope that with my experiences and attachment to H.A.S, teachers and friends in the past 2 school years, I can inspire the HASians community; at the same time, widely spread the 3T spirit to the outside community.” – Ngoc Lam shared more.

At H.A.S, each student’s success is not only measured by scores or achievements, but by the changes and courage they find on their journey to adulthood.
