With a calm and proactive learning rhythm, the journey of Ho Song Huong (Class 12S1) at Hanoi Adelaide School began with a very simple choice: self-study to always be prepared. And it is this persistence that has built an academic profile that truly earns admiration.

Outstanding achievements:
- ATAR 94.95 – Top 5% among 17,000 SACE graduates in Australia and worldwide in 2025
- A+ in English and Mathematical Methods
- Overall Band A in Research Project, Business Innovation, and Economics
- SAT 1530 | IELTS 8.0
Beyond academic excellence, Song Huong is also actively involved in meaningful community activities. As a tutor for the open-class project “Building English Skills – Conquering the SAT” by Khan Academy, she supported students at B1–B2 level in strengthening grammar, reading comprehension, vocabulary, and test-taking strategies – a choice that reflects both responsibility and inspiration.
In addition, Song Huong is a highly trusted mentor among younger students thanks to her meticulousness, strong sense of responsibility, and consistently practical advice. With her guidance, many students have been able to complete their academic projects more effectively and achieve the results they aimed for.
With her outstanding academic results, Song Huong has received offers of admission and valuable scholarships from several prestigious universities, including:
- Flinders University – Bachelor of Laws (Honours): 30% scholarship
- Macquarie University – Double Degree in Commerce & Psychology: AUD 40,000 scholarship (AUD 10,000/year)
- The University of Sydney – Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Advanced): 20% scholarship
Despite having many open options, with a clear and determined direction from the start, Song Huong chose Flinders University, pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) – a highly competitive program with demanding entry requirements. She will officially begin her study abroad journey this February.
Flinders University is one of the most reputable research universities in South Australia, highly regarded for its training quality in Law, Biomedical Sciences, Business, and Social Sciences, and frequently featured in influential university rankings across the Asia–Pacific region.
Receiving a 30% scholarship for the Bachelor of Laws (Honours) program is not only recognition of Song Huong’s persistent efforts, but also clear evidence of the academic capability and international readiness of students from Hanoi Adelaide School.
Accompanying Song Huong’s achievements is the Vietnam–Australia dual-diploma pathway at Hanoi Adelaide School. The program enables students to graduate with two high school diplomas (Vietnam & South Australia), obtain an ATAR recognized worldwide, and be thoroughly equipped with academic English, critical thinking, and university-level study skills. This foundation allows HASians to broaden their university options, pursue scholarships, and confidently enter international learning environments.
Congratulations to Song Huong on these well-deserved achievements. Wishing her continued passion for learning, a strong sense of responsibility to the community, and lasting success on the journey ahead!
