Recently, 8th grade HASians from Hanoi Adelaide School participated in a hands-on learning experience at PHX Company, a technology company belonging to the Phenikaa Group.
This was an opportunity for HASians to learn about job positions in the field of Information Technology, observe real-world work processes, and listen to direct sharing from experts. Instead of just imagining it through books, the students had the chance to see how technology is applied in daily work, as well as better understand the role of logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills in a technology environment.

Through experiential activities, students not only broadened their understanding of career paths but also had the opportunity to identify their interests, strengths, and suitability for various future fields. Open discussions with experts also helped them understand that technology is no longer a field reserved for a select group, but an open environment for all young people to dare to try, be creative, and persistently pursue their goals.

In particular, besides professional knowledge, the experience also provided many meaningful perspectives on gender equality in the technology field, encouraging confidence in pursuing passions, overcoming prejudices, and proactively building their own direction from an early age.

These practical experiences are invaluable assets, helping HASians better understand themselves, their chosen profession, and be more prepared for the journey ahead.
