As the spirit of spring permeates every page, the library of Hanoi Adelaide School’s Kim Lien campus transforms into a special space – where Vietnamese Tet is retold through memories, emotions, and experiences that are truly close to HASians.

The Tet experience activity “Vietnam in My Heart” was organized with the desire to create a joyful, warm atmosphere, rich in traditional cultural identity in the days leading up to the Lunar New Year. Through a series of gentle yet meaningful experiential activities, students have the opportunity to better understand, love, and appreciate the beautiful values of the traditional Vietnamese Tet holiday – from customs and greetings to poetry and literature.

In the familiar library space, HASians together:
- Find hidden words with the theme of Tet, reviewing familiar vocabulary while excitedly discovering images associated with the Vietnamese spring
- Write New Year’s greetings on cards, conveying simple, sincere wishes for family, teachers, and friends.
- Read poems and literary works about Tet (Vietnamese New Year) and guess the authors and titles, to experience Tet not only through customs but also through the emotionally rich verses and words of Vietnamese literature.

More than just a cultural experience, “Vietnamese Tet in My Heart” is also an opportunity for students to share, connect, and spread team spirit in the moments leading up to the New Year. Tet, therefore, is no longer far away, but present very close – in smiles, in books, and in the hearts of every HASian.
