Beyond classroom learning, 9th grade HASians had an exciting day of role-playing as they participated in a career guidance experience at Suon Muoi Restaurant – where knowledge was connected to the vibrant reality of the service and culinary industry.
Here, you will have the opportunity to:
- Practice making pizza, learning the preparation process and how to combine ingredients
- Prepare drinks and familiarize yourself with the basic skills of a professional waiter/waitress
- Experience the customer service process, from preparation and reception to caring for and listening to customers’ needs
In addition, the intimate meal at the restaurant is also an opportunity for you to observe and better understand the service culture, teamwork spirit, and attention to detail – important elements of a real-world work environment.
Through this experiential activity, students not only gain more knowledge about various professions but also hone their communication skills, sense of responsibility, and begin to shape their personal interests and abilities for their future career choices.
