In the chilly winter weather, the Hanoi Adelaide School campus became more vibrant and warm as it welcomed elementary school students and their parents to the 1:1:1 conference at the end of the Autumn-Winter semester of the 2025-2026 school year. This was a meaningful time for each young HASian to be listened to and shared fully on their learning journey.

Through close exchanges between teachers, parents, and students, a clear picture of the children’s learning journey over the past semester is recreated:
- Reviewing the learning process, results, and progress of the children in academics, skills, and learning attitudes.
- Listening to and understanding each individual, from strengths and achievements to areas requiring continued support and development.
- Agreeing on learning directions for the next semester, the 2025-2026 school year, building a personalized learning path tailored to each student’s abilities and characteristics.
- Strengthening the partnership between the school and families, creating a consistent foundation for supporting and developing the children comprehensively.

At Hanoi Adelaide School, the 1:1:1 conference is a strong bridge between the school and families, where understanding and consensus are fostered. When educational goals are shared and consistent, children will have a stronger foundation to confidently learn, explore, and grow every day.

Hanoi Adelaide School believes that, with the sincere support and trust of parents, HASians Primary will continue to progress, perfect essential skills, and be ready to move forward on their journey.
