In the journey of growing up, there are lessons that are not only found in textbooks but also begin with understanding one’s own body, emotions, and boundaries. With this in mind, Hanoi Adelaide School organized the workshop “Body, Boundaries and Beyond” for high school HASians – activity within the From Feeling to Healing learning project on sex education.

The workshop aimed to raise students’ awareness of the characteristics of a healthy relationship, while emphasizing the important role of equipping them with foundational knowledge about reproductive health in adolescent relationships. Through a series of scientifically designed and relatable content, students learned about boundaries in love, how to identify and respect personal feelings, and the responsibilities of themselves and their partners in a positive relationship.

In addition, the workshop provided practical knowledge about reproductive health care during puberty, safe contraception methods, helping HASians to have a correct, proactive, and civilized understanding of the changes in their bodies.

“Body, Boundaries and Beyond” was not simply a workshop, but also an opportunity for HASians to be listened to, ask questions, and share their concerns on their journey to adulthood. Through this activity, Hanoi Adelaide School continues to affirm its commitment to building a safe, understanding, and humane school environment, where each student is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to love themselves, establish healthy boundaries, and enter relationships confidently and responsibly.
