There are books that, when we finish reading, the story does not stop at the last page. The characters, the details or each lesson will stay with us for a long time, like a silent companion, helping us grow and understand this vast world in a deeper way. And how wonderful it would be if that journey did not stop with just one reader, but could continue in the hands of other like-minded souls.
With the desire to spread the culture of reading and the spirit of sharing, Book Week 2025 brings the message “Contribute a small book, read thousands of good books” – where each HASian can donate one or more books in exchange for the opportunity to discover hundreds of new stories from friends.
The atmosphere of Book Week will be filled with colors and joy when the gentle autumn comes. In a colorfully decorated space filled with the smell of books, students will have the opportunity to exchange books and school supplies in the “Exchange Items” area; where every item can start a new journey under the loving hands of a new friend. Laughter and excitement will also resound through the mini game “Ring the Golden Bell”, where knowledge from the pages of books becomes an interesting “weapon” for each contestant to conquer dramatic challenges. In addition, creative decoration corners or writing about a book will be where HASians express their feelings on each small piece of paper.
