The transition to a higher grade is always an emotional journey, where children step out of the familiar embrace of primary school to become acquainted with new learning methods. To boost confidence and ignite a passion for exploration in the young students of Chu Van An Primary School, Hanoi Adelaide School organized a special experience: “A Day as a 6th Grade Student.”
In an open space and with the guidance of their teachers, the Chu Van An students fully experienced the “rhythm” of a real middle school student through various experiential stations:
- The captivating STEAM station: No longer dry theory, the children got to create their own cute and fragrant mini soap bars. The radiant smiles upon completing their first projects, the joyful eyes upon discovering the wonders of science, further fueled the exciting journey of learning at H.A.S.
- The Active Physical Education Station: The sports playground became more vibrant than ever, with exercises to improve endurance and teamwork. The Chu Van An students demonstrated agility, stamina, and excellent coordination.
- The Creative Informatics Station: Taking their first steps in programming through the Scratch language, the children transformed their interesting ideas into real-world movements on the screen, opening the door to the world of future technology.
